The crash was reported around 6:32 a.m. after a vehicle crashed into a tree, according to initial dispatch reports.
A medic was requested around 6:45 a.m.
It is not clear if there was anyone else in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
The incident is under investigation by the Miami Twp. police.
