The crash was reported around 6 a.m. on state Route 122 about one mile south of state Route 725.
Initial reports indicate a vehicle was found over an embankment however it was not clear how many people were injured in the crash.
Dispatchers said a CareFlight medical helicopter was requested to the scene.
