Visitation services for Thomas Williamitis, 16, who was killed in a crash in Clearcreek Twp. Tuesday were announced today.
According to St. Therese the Little Flower Catholic Church web site, a visitation for Thomas Williamitis will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Countryside Church of the Nazarene, 1436 Deerfield Road in Lebanon. An invitation-only requiem Mass is to be given on Friday.

Williamtis at one point was a student at Lebanon Christian Schools, which posted the statement below on its Facebook page:
“It is with great sadness we announce the death of our former student, Tommy Williamitis, in an auto accident earlier this morning. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Williamitis family during this time. We will provide information for arrangements when they become available. Please remember Tony (and) Ann and their children in your prayers.

Thomas Williamitis, 16, was a sophomore at Dayton Christian School in Miamisburg, according to school officials.

Thomas Williamitis, 16, of Oregonia has been identified as the teen killed in a four-vehicle crash on Ohio 48 in Clearcreek Twp., Warren County, according to the Warren County Coroner’s Office.
Williamitis was pronounced dead at the scene and an autopsy is scheduled to be completed by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office, according to a media release.
The crash remains under investigation by the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Additional details from troopers have not been released.

Another driver was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton with serious injuries. Two other minor injuries were reported.
"We're taking measurements at the scene, photographs," Crisafi said. "We believe someone was en route to a school.”

State troopers said a male teenager was killed Tuesday in a four-vehicle crash on Ohio 48 in Clearcreek Twp., Warren County.
An initial investigation found the teen’s vehicle went left of center for an unknown reason and crashed head-on into another vehicle, according to state troopers.
The identity of the victim was not released, pending notification of family.

State troopers confirm at least one person has died in a three-vehicle crash on Ohio 48 in Clearcreek Twp. Tuesday morning.
One person was transported by a medical helicopter to an area hospital, but investigators have not provided an update on the conditions of the other victims injured in the crash.
Ohio 48 is blocked in both directions south of East Lytle 5 Points Road.

Emergency crews were initially dispatched to the area of Ohio 48 near East Lytle 5 Points Road around 7:40 a.m.
Initial reports indicate the crash was head-on and involved at least three vehicles. Two people were trapped as a result of the crash, according to scanner traffic.
