In addition to being in the nation’s top 5 percent of schools, the Farmer School was the only Ohio program in the top 25 and one of only two Ohio institutions in the top 50.
“We are very pleased with Business Week’s assessment of our continued growth as one of the strongest undergraduate business programs in the nation, and the top program in Ohio,” Farmer School Dean Roger L. Jenkins said in the news release.
“Our high ranking reflects the culture of excellence embraced by our students, faculty and staff, and our quest to keep improving in everything we do. Our marvelous new facility has transformed the way we communicate and collaborate, and has brought 21st century learning technology into every classroom,” he said.
Feedback from students and recruiters is ultimately the most valuable aspect of the rankings process, Jenkins said.
“We take comments from students and employers very seriously as we assess the progress we are making on our strategic initiatives, which will speed us on our journey ‘from good to great,’” he said.
