The banners came filled with signatures and motivational messages and now hang in the hospital staff areas.
Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Orlando Regional Medical Center and Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas each sent banners to the Dayton hospital.
Each of the hospitals staff members have dealt with a mass shooting of their own in recent years.
