The first units will be available by the end of the year, developers said, with the full development scheduled for a 2017 completion.
Developers said the complex will feature 192 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Rent will range from $911 to $1,165. Units will have detached garages, private balconies and patios, and laundry rooms.
The community will also feature a pool, outdoor grilling area, clubhouse, fitness center and private dog park.
