What were all the sirens about this evening in the village of Minster?

The boys Wildcats high school baseball team returned home as the state champions in Division IV, defeating neighboring Russia Raiders 2-1 at Huntington Park in Columbus.

Also on board the bus was the girls track team, returning home with a second-place trophy. They lost by 2 points to the Anna Rockets.

The teams received an escort from police, fire personnel and fans the long way back to the high school.
