Lewis apparently ran away from home, she hadn't been seen since a neighbor saw her getting into a car on Tuesday night.
Her father was working with local law enforcement to track her down.

A teenage girl reported missing since Tuesday has been located, according to the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
Kassidy L. Lewis, 15, of New Carlisle, was found unharmed at 5:22 p.m. Saturday. Officials say she was located near Donnelsville in Bethel Township.
