The mother of a teenager fatally shot by police in Cincinnati says she has questions about her son's death.  The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Leona Mullins is upset that police did not inform her of 16-year-old Davon Mullins' death until
hours later and wonders why non-lethal force wasn't used.

Police say the shooting in Fountain Square started at the Black Family Reunion where people tossed guns to teenagers inside to circumvent security. Police say an officer saw the teens and tracked Mullins until he caught up to him Saturday.  Police say video shows Mullins struggling with the officer and refusing orders to stop. Mullins was shot and later died.  Police Chief James Craig says Mullins's finger was on the trigger of a gun and the officer "had no choice."
