The project is part of a $2 million improvement to the intersection which sees nearly 15,000 vehicles a day.
On Wednesday, firefighters tested the new roundabout with no problems. The project was completed weeks ahead of schedule.
At this time, there is no word from the city of Troy when the roundabout will open to the public.
