The Forent Avenue woman told police that she saw the newspaper under the man’s arm around 8:35 a.m. as he walked away and turned down Ernroe Drive.
She said the man was shorter and thin and that he wore dark pants and a black or gray jacket, according to the report.
The woman told police that she spoke to other neighbors who said their papers were stolen by a man who matched that description.
Her newspaper was also reportedly stolen on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
