One person was arrested after crashing into a tree near the intersection of Newmark Drive and Gander Creek Drive in Miami Township.

According to an officer on the scene, the driver wasn’t hurt in the crash, but was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
Photos from the scene show a single vehicle involved with damage to its front.
