RoadSnacks website put together a list of the drunkest cities in Ohio.
Here is how the list was compiled: number of bars and pubs per capita, number of wineries per capita, number of liquor stores per capita, recent drunk tweets from each city and the divorce rate in each city.
RoadSnacks geo-located tweets with hashtags like #Drunk, #Party, #Wine, and #Cocktails to gather the date for its drunk tweets category.
Here are the top five:
1. Dayton
Dayton claimed the number one spot.
The Gem City has a population of about 142,620 and is 8th in the state for bars per capita and is 1st for liquor stores per capita.
There are also four major breweries here.
And the Dayton area is seeing a lot of changes and improvements with the beer /brewery scene; you can read about new drinks and breweries coming to the area here.

2. Canton
Out of the 73,318 people living in Canton, there is a divorce rate of 16 percent and this city is 15th in the state for bars per capita.
Along with being the home of the Pro football Hall of Fame, Canton also has four breweries within its city limits.
3. Zanesville
Zanesville has a smaller population of 25,475 and is the 4th in the state for highest divorce rates.
The city came in 21st for beers per capita and 6th in Ohio for liquor stores per capita.
4. Cincinnati
The divorce rate for Cincinnati is the lowest on this list and about the middle of the road for the state, which is pretty good for the city of 297,314 people.
Cincinnati comes in first for bars per capita and 4th for liquor stores per capita and there are 17 breweries altogether.
5. Sandusky
Known as the roller coaster capital of the world, this little city has the population of about 25,787.
They have a divorce rate of 14 percent, they are 3rd in Ohio for bars per capita and 32nd for liquor stores per capita.
