Blankson’s speech will focus on how technology and productivity is impacting the wellness. “Technology—at least in theory—is improving our productivity, efficiency and communication. The one thing it’s not doing is making us happier. Leaders are experiencing historically high levels of depression and dissatisfaction,” according to Blankson.

Blankson explains how successful leaders can thrive in the digital age. Amy Blankson, bestselling author of "The Future of Happiness," is the only person to receive a Point of Light from two sitting U.S. Presidents. Learn more about Blankson.

The speaker series originated in 2017 as a push to cultivate leadership and talent in Dayton.
