Participants in the catch-and-release derby are not required to have a Spring Lakes permit for this event. Fishermen planning to keep fish caught during the derby or outside the derby hours will require a permit.
The Bait House will be open for supplies. A suggested donation of $2 per participant is requested to help stock the pond.
