Police cite bicyclist hit by car in West Carrollton

A bicyclist who was hit by a car this afternoon in West Carrollton was cited for a traffic violation.

The bike rider was on South Alex Road and was struck shortly before 2:30 p.m. while crossing Elm Street. The motorist on Elm Street had a green light at the time of the crash, West Carrollton police said.
