Police dispatched to and find pile of items in suspected illegal dumping case

A resident's call about a suspected case of illegal dumping brought police, who did take notice of the mattresses and tires found in a pile in the 100 block of South Orchard Avenue.

The complaint to police was made Wednesday. Dayton police officers, dispatched on the report the same day, documented the items.

No arrests have been made, according to the incident report.
