HAMILTON, Ohio -- Four Middletown residents are charged with printing phony W-2 forms and using them to get loans at a check cashing business.  A Butler County grand jury returned felony indictments against 33-year-old Christopher Neal Brooks, 24-year-old Kari Winder, and 48-year old Tina Renee Smith on theft and forgery counts.

Detective Steve Winter says Thomas' residence had a computer which was used to print the forms, along with some phony documents.

Winters says that Thomas printed fake W-2s. The others allegedly went to CheckSmart on Dixie Highway and used the information to get $1,000 loans.

Winters adds that all of the money went to drugs, mostly heroin and crack cocaine.
