Police make OVI arrest after 2-vehicle crash in Springfield

A motorist faces an OVI charge after a two-vehicle crash tonight near Kroger on Main Street in Springfield.

A mother and toddler in the other car were OK, but the Springfield Police Division confirmed the at-fault driver was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle while intoxicated.

Officers are still working on the incident report, and we are working to learn more information about the crash.
