Daniel Conforti, 67, has not been seen since he drove away from his Springboro residence Saturday around 7:15 a.m., according to police. He remains missing as of Monday morning.
Conforti has dementia and Parkinson’s disease and does not have his medication with him.
He is six feet two inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
Conforti was driving a white 2000 Chevrolet Blazer with OH plate number CEN1622. The vehicle pictured is not the actual vehicle, according to police.
