Tree limbs that have come down on wires are being blamed for a power outage in New Lebanon affecting an estimated 2,888 DP&L customers, company spokeswoman Mary Ann Kabel said.
Crews are headed to the area of South Lutheran Church Road at this hour, she said.
According to DP&L's online outage map, outage reports began about 8:14 p.m. The utility is estimating that crews can get power restored by about 10 p.m.
We will update this developing report as information becomes available.
