These proposed projects would bring the total to more than 300 new homes in the city.
Neighbors argue the new developments would bring in more drivers in the area that already has traffic issues.
“I don’t want 180 houses right next to me, I don’t want the noise level, I don’t want the light level,” said one Miamisburg resident.
The city will have another public hearing on these two proposals in the next couple months.
