Maley pleaded non guilty to all three charges during his arraignment in Clark County Municipal Court. Bail was set at $15,000 and posted. The case will now be turned over to a grand jury, where further charges may be filed.
If convicted, Maley could get eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
