Brown was cuffed at 7:53 p.m. after Dayton police say she performed a sex act on a driver near East 3rd Street. Walter Fergus, 53, was issued a summons for soliciting.
Police found a crack pipe and needle on Brown at the scene and she told them she is five months pregnant and had used heroin that day, according to a police report.
At 11:50 p.m., officers picked up Dillavou and 40-year-old Antonio Frazier after a similar scenario also in the area of East 3rd Street.
Police say they caught her performing oral sex on Frazier inside his parked truck.
Dillavou was taken to jail on potential soliciting and public indecency charges.
Both women are currently being held at Montgomery County Jail.
