Temperatures plunge; flood warning in effect for most

Temperatures already have dropped more than 20 degrees and are expected to plunge overnight to a low in the upper 20s, the National Weather Service in Wilmington reported.

A flood warning remains in effect through 8:45 a.m. Saturday for Clark, Greene, Montgomery and Preble counties. When it comes to flooded roadways, the NWS said to “turn around, don't drown” because most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
