As a part of this yearly tradition, the NICU elves took pictures of Santa with each of the 43 infants as a gift for the parents, according to a news release from the hospital.
“Over the years, Santa’s visit has been a positive experience for the families, as it provides a unique opportunity to celebrate a ‘first Christmas’ for our littlest patients,” the release said.
