The man who was shot was hit once in the abdomen and his injuries are not believed to be life threatening, said Sgt. Jon Spencer with Moraine police. The victim was taken to Kettering Medical Center for treatment.
The suspected shooter, Dion Furlow, 26, was arrested after the shooting in the area of Ohio 741 near Holes Creek, Spencer said. He was booked into jail on a felonious assault charge, he said.
Officers believe the shooting took place during an argument over property.
Police are still working to find the gun used in the shooting, Spencer said.
