“Baker Middle School was on a precautionary lockdown at approximately 1:15 p.m.,” said a Facebook post by Fairborn City Schools. “The lockdown is now over and everyone is safe.”
Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots at an apartment complex on East Emerson Avenue, according police scanner traffic.
Officers said no one was hit by the gunfire and additional details would be released later.
