“We’ve had a lot of guests come in the store, and people of Liberty Twp. seem to be really interested,” Smith said.
He decided more than a year ago he wanted to open his own business. He eventually decided on the franchise model and from there on Smoothie King because he didn’t want to serve fried food, he said.
He has 12 total employees, but didn’t disclose how much he invested to open the restaurant. Smith said he plans to have an upcoming grand opening event.
