Pauley was driving in the 800 block of West Pleasant Nov. 7, when she crashed around 7:10 p.m.

"On arrival I observed a male attempting to wake the driver of the vehicle and an infant child sitting in a car seat on the sidewalk with people yelling," a Springfield officer wrote in court documents.

According to records, Pauley received Narcan on the scene, which she responded to.

Pauley told police she was picking up her son from the babysitters prior to the crash.

The child was not hurt, but was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
