A man was arrested early Monday morning, accused of starting a fire in someone’s backyard.
Dayton police responded to the 1000 block of Wayne Avenue, according to a report.
The resident gave police a description of the suspect, who was located a short distance away. The suspect was also trespassed from the property by the victim.
The man was arrested for unlawful burning of another person’s property. The suspect’s charges, according to jail records, has been cleared, but he still has a pending court date.
