The newly announced tenants bring the total occupancy rate at the center to 95 percent, with more than 56 tenants, according to Ashley Martin, director of marketing and special events for Bridgewater Falls.
“We’ve been listening to input from our customers as to which retailers they’d like to see at our center,” Martin said. “We’ve had a very aggressive leasing strategy and efforts have been focusing on the merchandising plan here and the missing uses. We’re now able to fill those spots with our great leasing team from (Bridgewater Falls owner) Phillips Edison & Company.”
Salon Lofts offers individual suites where professional hair stylists, massage therapists, skin care and nail specialists run their own unique beauty salons. The new location, which is expected to open in late summer, will be Salon Lofts fifth location in the Greater Cincinnati area.
The Stash is a shabby-chic woman’s boutique featuring accessories and clothing from designers such as BB Dakota, House of Harlow 1960, Junk Food, Jack by BB Dakota, Glam, Esley, Flying Tomato and others. The boutique is expected to open in May.
Larry Paul Tanning Spa is a membership-based tanning salon that also offers a sunless tanning option via spray tans. The tanning spa has locations in Illinois and Indiana, but the Bridgewater Falls spa will be the salon’s third Ohio location when it opens this spring.
