Hill was involved in a traffic stop on Wednesday around 8:40 a.m. after he was pulled over for an improper lane change and a following too close violation.
A patrol K-9 alerted to the vehicle after responding to the scene and a probable cause search uncovered the drugs, troopers said.
If convicted, Hill could face up to nine years in prison and up to a $17,500 fine.
