Trotwood city building phone lines down but dispatch lines still work

Telephone lines are down this afternoon at the Trotwood city building.

Technicians are working on the problems, city officials said, but there are no issues with reaching the Trotwood police and fire departments through the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.
