Aaron Lee Smith, 29, was arrested at his home Wednesday on preliminary charges of pandering sexually orientated materials, according to records.

Troy Police said the images were found on Smith’s cell phone.
A state-wide agency that investigates complaints on child pornography reportedly alerted Troy police of the complaint, according to Troy Police Capt. Jeff Kunkleman.
Smith went before a Judge Thursday morning in Miami County Municipal Court.
