Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck Jr. has announced appointments of both Thomas Brodbeck and Thomas Schutzman as assistant Montgomery County prosecuting attorneys.

Brodbeck will be assigned to the Juvenile Division of the Prosecutor’s Office. The Juvenile Division prosecutes offenders younger than the age of 18.

Schutzman will be assigned to the Child Protection Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office. The Child Protection Unit intervenes to protect abused and neglected children.

Thomas Schutzman will be assigned to the Child Protection Unit.
