Officials say the driver of a Cadillac rear-ended a Ford sedan at the 12 milemarker near U.S. Route 127 around 1:20 a.m.

The crash sent the Cadillac into the median and the Ford sedan off the roadway.

There was only one occupant inside of the Cadillac and two in the Ford Sedan.

A MedFlight helicopter was initially on standby for one of the individuals involved in the crash, but was canceled soon after.

The driver of the Cadillac and the passenger of the sedan were transported with minor, non-life threatening injuries, officials say.

The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio Highway State Patrol, but they say alcohol is not a factor in the collision.
