Xenia utility customers can now pay their bills by phone using Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN) at 877-885-7968. The automated system is available 24 hours a day. Operator assistance is available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Customers must speak with an operator when maying first payment using PSN.
The charge to make payments via a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express) is 2.75% of the payment amount and the charge to make a payment via an e-check is $1.
