Whoever drove into a house in the 6100 block of Clematis Drive in Miami Twp. apparently left behind a license plate that has been recovered by police.

Police were dispatched to the residence about 8:43 p.m. on a report of a vehicle that hit a structure and did not stop.
No injuries were reported.
The resident or residents were not at home at the time of the incident.
