In the video, Boomershine is seen using a chair to attempt to climb into the ceiling in the jail waiting area.
She was awaiting a court appearance on Jan. 21.
Boomershine comes crashing to the floor, bringing part of the ceiling with her, when several deputies come in to grab her.
She now faces additional charges of escape and destruction of property.
