Vigil planned for Klonda Richey

The Redcrest Neighborhood Association is holding a special remembrance candlelight vigil honoring their neighbor, Klonda Richey, who was mauled to death by dogs one year ago. Participants will meet for a brief memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 6 outside 31 E. Bruce Ave.

This is not a prayer vigil; a poem will be read instead. STAFF REPORT
