Wade War on the Great Miami

The third annual Wade War will be Sept. 15 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Great Miami River. This fishing event concludes the 2013 National Tour of the National Association of Professional River Anglers. The public is invited to watch as 25 of the top river anglers in the nation compete for more than $2,000 in cash and prizes.

The registration and weigh in site will be located at the Tin Roof Restaurant. Registration will begin at 4 p.m. Sept. 14.

Events surrounding the Wade War include a charity raffle for Project Healing Waters, a welcome dinner and a special tour of Troy the day prior to the main event on Sunday.
