President Steve West said even though they owners were trying to sell the company the past three months, "unfortunately, no parties stepped forward and the company's lenders were unwilling to advance additional funds to allow the company to continue to operate in the ordinary course of business."
The company moved to Wayne County in 2008.
West said, "Although we have received support from both state and county officials, as a result of increasing costs and continued delays in anticipated sales, we were unable to sustain our business and forced to discontinue operations."
