Wayne Local Schools begin Scrip fundraiser

WAYNESVILLE — Wayne Local School’s Spartan Scrip Central fundraiser program is now open.

When the public purchases gift cards from various retailers at face value, the district gets a percentage back from the sale. Options include restaurants, gasoline, pharmacies, department stores, sporting goods and more. Orders are placed the second Thursday of each month, available for pick-up at the beginning of the following week.

To participate, visit www.shopwithscrip.com and create a family account. Use the district’s enrollment code: 63F5C9BF21924.

Once the account is created, customers can begin shopping. They have the option of using Presto Pay, writing a check to Wayne Local Scrip, or paying by credit card.

Visit central office from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays or call Dee Wilms at (513) 897-6971 with credit card information.

Inventory will be limited, so call ahead to see if the office has what is needed. As the program continues to grow, the district will increase the “Scrip to Go” inventory in the Central Office.
