Katherine Heflin, 51, of Dayton, was being arrested on an outstanding warrant at the time of the latest offense, prosecutors said.
Heflin faces a felony charge of bribery and is set to be arraigned Sept. 10 on the charge.
According to prosecutors, Heflin offered the sexual favor to the officer in lieu of her arrest on July 24.
