Woman rescued from flooded roadway

WAYNESVILLE, Ohio -- Crews rescued a female motorist Wednesday morning she tried to cross a flooded part of Waynesville Road near Middletown Road.

Rescue workers say the woman tried to cross the water just past the Corwin Nixon Covered Bridge when her car began filling with water and floated down the street.   The Middletown Journal says her car was still submerged in high water near the Little Miami River.
