The logo shows a strawberry placed within an antiqued crest, similar to a royal coat of arms, topped with a crown. The logo brings to mind images of the medieval time period and magic represented in many forms of literature that Dankworth enjoys reading.
Dankworth is a Troy native who graduated from Troy High School is 1984 and attended The Ohio State University and Bluffton University. Dankworth has dedicated 25-years of his life to technology and is currently Director of Managed Services at PERRY proTECH and resides in Troy with wife Susan and children Jonathan, Olivia, and Taylor.
The festival dates are June 1 & 2, 2013. The festival began as a way for local Clubs and Organizations to raise funds for their endeavors and remains the mission of the Troy Strawberry Festival today.
