Mike, the man who owned the house that was mistakenly knocked down, said he planned on renting out the house on October 1.
He's now asking Pontiac if the city is paying for a new house.
Neighbors are apparently happy the mistake was made. They claim Mike's house was an eyesore with broken windows and squatters.
The plan to save the first house didn't work either. Demolition crews returned to knock that one down too.
