He won his choice of $15,000 in cash from Wheeling Island Casino, or the man could receive gift cards for 9,000 gallons of gas.
So with gas being about $3.40 a gallon, that's almost $31,000 in free gas.
The casino won't identify the winner or what prize he chose.
