No Donald Trump, no debate.

For the second straight morning today, Fox News' "Fox & Friends" broadcast live from Testa restaurant on Royal Poinciana Way. And while co-host Anna Kooiman was in town doing segments of the show, the Republican front-runner and part-time Palm Beacher called in to the Fox studio.

Toward the end of the conversation today, Trump mentioned he was not going to be at Fox News' Monday debate in Salt Lake City. He said because of a prior commitment, a speech at an American Israel Public Affairs Committee event, he wouldn't be participating. Plus he said of the debates, "we've had enough."

After Trump announced he wouldn't not be there, the New York Times reported that Ohio Gov. John Kasich said he would not attend if Trump didn't. The result: The debate was canceled.

The Washington Post's headline: "Donald Trump just singlehandedly shut down Monday's Fox News debate."

Trump also skipped a Fox News debate in January, holding a veterans' fundraiser on the same night that was televised on other channels.
